Do I need to know how to code?

No. Chatonaut is a no-code visual builder — you draw flows, set triggers, and connect channels without writing code.

Which channels can I connect?

Telegram, Instagram, and a chat widget you embed on your website. You can run the same automations and AI agent across all of them.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 50 conversations a month, one automation, and all channels — no card required. See pricing.

How does the AI agent work?

You train it on your own knowledge (documents, links, instructions) and tone of voice. It answers around the clock and hands off to a human when it matters. AI features are off until you turn them on.

How do I delete my data?

You can disconnect any channel or close your account at any time. Full instructions are on the Data Deletion page.
