Your AI agent answersfrom the material you give it, in the tone you set, and hands the chat to a person when it should not guess.

How to set it up
Setup

Four steps, one afternoon

No training runs, no prompts to tune. You give the agent your material and tell it how to behave.

01

Give it your material

Question-and-answer pairs, a block of text, a file (PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, up to 25 MB) or a link to a page—we read the page for you.

02

Say how it should sound

Pick a tone or write the rules yourself. Then choose the reply language and decide whether the agent rephrases your answers or quotes them word for word.

03

Switch it on where you want it

Channel by channel, message type by message type. The agent answers nothing until you switch that kind of message on yourself.

04

Read what it missed

Every question it could not answer confidently lands in one list. Answer it once, and the agent stops missing it.

Straight answer before you read further: the AI agent is part of Premium—$29 a month with 500 AI replies included. Plus ($15) does not have it. Premium is free for 3 days, once per account, with 30 AI replies in the trial.

It answers from your material

Prices, terms and dates come from the knowledge base you build, not from somewhere on the internet. When the knowledge base has nothing on the question, the agent says so instead of inventing a number.

Four ways to feed it

A question-and-answer pair—the shortest way to teach it the 20 things people ask every week. A block of text—your terms, your description, your FAQ, pasted in as is.

A file: PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, up to 25 MB—we read it and split it up for you. Or a link: paste a page address and we pull the text out of it.

Everything stays editable afterwards, and the knowledge base has a search box—you will need it by your 30th answer.

Rules for touchy topics

“For refunds, give the timeline and ask for the order number.” “If someone says it’s expensive, offer instalments, don’t give a discount.” Write the rule as a sentence—the agent applies it only when that topic comes up. Up to 50 rules.

Test it on yourself first

A test screen where you ask the questions against your real knowledge base. Rewrite an answer, test again. These runs do not come out of your monthly 500.

Voice

Your wording, not a robot’s

Start from a tone, then edit the wording until the agent sounds like the person who usually answers.

Friendly Polite Business Expert Caring Concise Sales Playful

Rules in plain sentences

Who the agent is, what it may promise and what it must never say. A tone preset fills this in for you; from there the text is yours. You can add a greeting for the first message.

Quoted or rephrased

Two answer styles. In its own words—natural, and it follows the conversation. Word for word—the exact sentence from your knowledge base, which is what you want for prices, terms and anything legal.

10 reply languages

English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Turkish, Ukrainian and three more. You pick one, and the agent writes in it.

It knows where to stop

Three ways a conversation reaches a person.

Someone asks for a person

Words like “operator” or “support” hand the chat over on the spot. Add your own—refund, complaint, the name of the manager everybody asks for.

The agent decides on its own

An angry customer, a request outside its brief, a conversation going nowhere—it says a colleague is coming and steps back instead of trying one more answer.

The agent is not sure

You decide what happens next: it stays silent and leaves the question to your team, sends the fallback line you wrote, or hands the chat over. Silence is the default—a wrong answer costs more than a slow one.

After a handoff the conversation is marked as waiting and the bot goes quiet: no automation talks over your team. Your operator opens the chat and sees a short note—what the person asked and where the agent stopped. If you start replying yourself, the agent steps aside for 5 minutes by default. Customers you tag—VIP, wholesale, personal—can be kept out of the agent’s reach entirely.

One agent, three channels

The same knowledge base and the same tone in every channel you connect. You choose, one type at a time, which messages the agent may answer.

Instagram

Direct messages. Comments under posts and reels. The DM that follows a comment. Replies to your stories, and mentions of you in someone else’s story—each one has its own switch, and all of them are off until you turn them on.

What it cannot do, and neither can anyone else: write first. Meta lets you answer a person who wrote to you—for 24 hours—or reply to someone who commented, for 7 days. You cannot broadcast to followers in Direct.

What works on Instagram

Telegram

Private messages to your bot. Under an answer it can offer two or three buttons with related questions from your knowledge base, so people tap instead of typing.

Telegram bots

Chat on your website

Every conversation that starts in the widget. The same agent and the same answers as in the messengers—and the same inbox for your team.

Website chat

With your flows

Flows first, agent second

If a message matches one of your flows, the flow handles it. The agent takes everything else—the free-form questions nobody could have drawn in advance. Nobody ever gets two answers to one message.

  • Inside a flow, one block hands the conversation to the agent: it holds the chat and answers freely until someone asks for a person.
  • Or the other way round—the agent answers one specific question and the flow carries on with the next step.
  • Same order under Instagram comments: if one of your keyword rules matches, the rule answers and the agent stays out of it.
  • Private conversations only. In group chats the agent stays quiet: it would be joining a conversation it never saw the start of.

It gets better because you use it

Not on its own—we would rather be straight about that. It improves when you spend 10 minutes a week on the list of questions it missed.

The “Unanswered” list

Every question it could not answer confidently, with repeats grouped into one. You see what people actually want to know—often before you would have guessed it yourself.

Your own reply, reused

Answer one of those questions by hand in the inbox and your reply is saved with it. One click adds the pair to the knowledge base, in your wording.

Sources under each answer

The inbox shows which pairs and documents an answer came from. When something reads wrong, you know which line to fix.

Plans

The agent lives in Premium

Everything else—channels, flows, inbox, broadcasts—works on the plans below it. The agent is the one thing you upgrade for.

One AI reply is one message the agent sends to a customer. Testing does not count, and neither does a tap on one of the suggested buttons—that answer comes straight out of your knowledge base, without asking the model.

Questions people ask first

Which plan includes the AI agent?
Premium—$29 a month with 500 AI replies included. Plus does not include the agent. Premium is free for 3 days, once per account, and the trial comes with 30 AI replies—enough to watch it answer real people.
Where do the answers come from?
From the knowledge base you build: question-and-answer pairs, blocks of text, files (PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown) and pages you link to. Facts—prices, terms, dates—come from there and nowhere else.
What happens when it does not know?
You choose: it stays silent and the question waits for your team, it sends the fallback line you wrote, or it hands the conversation to a person straight away. Either way the question lands in the “Unanswered” list, so you answer it once and are done with it.
Can it answer on Instagram?
Yes—direct messages, comments under posts and reels, the DM that follows a comment, replies to your stories and mentions of you in someone else’s story. Meta’s rules still apply: you can write only to someone who wrote or commented first—24 hours after a message, 7 days after a comment.
Does it answer in group chats?
No, and that is on purpose. The agent works one-to-one only: in a group it would see fragments of other people’s conversations and join in without knowing the context.
Can I try it before customers see it?
Yes. A test screen lets you talk to the agent yourself, using your real knowledge base. Those runs do not come out of your monthly 500.

Teach it once. Then read what it missed.
