Questions people ask first

Which channels can I connect?
Instagram, Telegram and the chat on your website. One account runs all three, and they share the same flows, the same AI agent and the same inbox.
Can I message all my Instagram followers?
No—Meta does not allow it. You have 24 hours to answer someone who wrote to you first, and 7 days to answer someone who left a comment. There are no broadcasts to followers in Direct: not through us, not through anyone.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You draw flows from blocks, and the website chat is one script tag on your page. If your developer wants to go further, we have a public API and webhooks.
Where does the AI agent get its answers?
From the knowledge base you give it—your own texts and links. When it cannot answer, it hands the conversation to your team instead of making something up.
Is the free plan really free?
